Right-Hand Person to CEO

Are you curious to know what a Right-Hand Person to our CEO does?

Your mission will be to support our CEO to run the business in the most effective way possible. You will be a problem-solver, a facilitator, a strategic advisor, a productivity wizard and much more. Your tasks will be varied, from joining financial discussions to choosing the perfect gift for an employee who passed their trial period. Working closely with the management team, you will gain invaluable insight into how a fast growing company functions.



  • You need to know the basics about business and how a company works, with 2 - 4 years of working experience being most ideal
  • You should be able to work independently. For that, you need to be self-driven and proactive
  • To succeed in this position you have to be extremely organized and have outstanding attention to detail
  • Working in an international environment, you should have native level of English (fluency in Mandarin is a big plus!)
  • This job requires flexibility and adaptability. Being able to travel and to work outside of regular business hours at times is very important

Head of Finance


This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead and grow our function through a phase of rapid business expansion across international markets. You will thrive in an agile and entrepreneurial culture that rewards innovation by helping to successfully steer the business through unprecedented growth. Some examples of the tasks you will be responsible for include:

  • Report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Recruit and manage a growing team of finance & accounting professionals
  • Contribute directly to the overall business strategy
  • Optimize working capital to drive efficiency and returns
  • Be Galton Voysey’s key point of contact with major financial institutions & advisers
  • Responsible for global tax & compliance obligations
  • Prepare Galton Voysey’s financial functions for an eventual IPO
  • Oversee the reporting, forecasting and analysis of business performance, including identification of key trends
  • Negotiate and manage all transfer pricing activity
  • Drive finance-related business improvement projects
  • Track product-level profitability as well as overseeing inventory management and analysis



  • Track record of having successfully led and inspired a finance team
  • Good understanding of complex business structures with multiple legal entities
  • Ability and desire to overcome constant new challenges in a fast-paced, agile and rapidly-growing organisation
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of transfer pricing and international taxation
  • Good knowledge of IFRS; experience of US GAAP an advantage
  • Experience of undergoing an IPO process will be viewed favourably
  • Solid command of English, which is the day-to-day working language

Copy Director


You will be responsible for writing copy for a number of different brands and products; established and newly launched, and will be skilled at grasping different brand voices. You will be equally adept at long and short form content and will assume responsibility across all channels including TV commercials, radio, digital, social media, print and packaging. You will work closely with the senior leadership team in a pivotal role that has a direct and transparent impact on the entire organisation. You will be working on a range of activities at Galton Voysey, including but not limited to:

  • Create innovative and engaging copy in line with brand voice and target customer
  • Keep abreast of any news and developments within the media landscape that may influence concepts or keep ideas fresh
  • Develop copy for a number of different formats and channels whilst ensuring a thorough understanding of each medium
  • Accurately proofread all marketing materials prior to submission
  • Manage and coordinate an external team of freelancers (you will work with copywriters all over the world, review their work and ensure it is not only error free but also consistent with the brand)



  • Fluent in English with strong understanding of what is "on brand vs off brand"
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating a variety of brand voices
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good coordination and project management skills
