Creative Project Manager

As a key member of our internal creative team you will play a vital part in developing and launching a diverse range of brands. You will bring a project management mindset that will help to achieve the vision and objectives of our Design Director. You will be responsible for the quality of all creative output including copy and graphic designs.

You will be working on a range of activities at the company, including but not limited to:

  • Managing all creative resources including hiring of all freelance designers and copywriters
  • Sourcing and managing packaging suppliers for high end consumer products
  • Overseeing brand specific photoshoots by finding and buying items/props for the photoshoot to complement the product shots (for example filling a wine cabinet with various wines and some grapes on the table)
  • Reviewing and coordinating all copywriting for products (you will work with copywriters all over the world, review their work and ensure it is not only error free but also consistent with the brand)
  • Managing the Design Director's time allocation & schedule
  • Managing budgets & project schedules
  • Effective, organized & highly operational (while this is a creative position we need someone who works in a very organized fashion and can manage dozens of projects simultaneously on schedule & on budget)



  • Fluent in English

Right-Hand to COO


We are seeking an energetic and talented individual to assist in the creation of multiple brands and products from scratch. You will learn how to take an idea from concept through to completion which will involve overseeing all aspects of the supply chain including design, sourcing, manufacturing, IP, legal, compliance, importing and logistics. This is a highly autonomous role that will rely on a strong sense of drive and initiative.

You will relish the thought of a steep learning curve and rely on your natural creativity and resourcefulness to identify opportunities and propose solutions.

This role calls for a high performer who achieves goals and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities. 

Working closely with the management team, you will gain invaluable insight into how a rapidly growing company functions.

Head of Content


You will oversee content strategy and production for a number of different brands and products, both established and newly launched. You will be highly adept at assuming different brand voices in order to ensure the high quality content across all channels including TV commercials, radio, digital, social media, print and packaging. You will work closely with the senior leadership team in a pivotal role that has a direct and transparent impact on the entire organisation.

You will be working on a range of activities at Galton Voysey, including but not limited to:

  • Lead brand expression and creation strategy across our various channels
  • Manage content for all social media channels, online and offline
  • Ownership over brand identity with responsibility for setting our brands’ “tone of voice” guidelines
  • Responsible for setting the strategy of our social media campaigns and frequency of posts
  • Assign briefs and edit work as necessary in order to ensure submissions are “on brand”
  • Accurately proofread all marketing materials prior to submission
  • Keep abreast of any news and developments within the media landscape that may influence concepts or keep ideas fresh
  • Liaise with our partner agencies to effectively manage and coordinate an external team of freelancers (you will work with copywriters all over the world, review their work and ensure it is not only error free but also consistent with the brand)



  • Fluent in English with strong understanding of what is "on brand vs off brand"
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating a variety of brand voices
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience of working on direct response campaigns for Facebook would be highly desirable
