Challenging work with talented people

At Galton Voysey, people are not confined to their desks or their job titles. Instead, they are empowered to try tasks outside their area of expertise, explore the options, and follow their interests. Our success comes down to the people who work with us. To this end, we encourage everyone we hire to make time for the things and people that matter to them. Whether that means flexible hours or working from a different time zone. We’re geared to focus on outcomes rather than face time.

All Bases covered

The way the company works is a reflection of the places we’ve always wanted to work at. We work hard to make sure you have the best care and support – so work is as enjoyable and rewarding as it can be.

outcomes, not office hourS

We all need time away from work to run errands, relax or spend quality time with family and friends. Take a day off, volunteer, or flex your workday to run a 5K — we know you're at your most productive when you're well-rested, focused and happy.

All employees have access to excellent healthcare coverage. While we don’t have an in-house chef yet, our pantry is always stocked with fruit and snacks to keep you energized through the day.

Galton Voysey invites all qualified candidates to apply for our open positions. If you have a disability that prevents or limits your ability to access the site, or if you require any other assistance during the application or interview process, please contact our recruiting team and we will be happy to assist you.

We offer generous leave policies – four weeks of paid vacation for all employees. New parents enjoy an additional three weeks paid vacation (plus perks). We don't work on weekends and public holidays, and make sure you enjoy a comp off if you ever do. In some of our offices, you can even bring your canine family to work!

We'll set you up with the software and devices you need. We sponsor the purchase of any books our employees would like to read, and add new titles to the company library every month. Best of all, you come in to work at our amazing office space in Hong Kong.

Great employees make a successful workplace, but finding them is sometimes a challenge. Refer a friend. We reward our successful referees with Lane Crawford or Apple Store Gift Cards worth HK$20,000. Learn more.

Diversity of backgrounds and experience, perspective and creativity is what makes us good at what we do. We don’t mind being challenged on our views, or admitting we made a mistake. People who speak up and share ideas make for good business.
