We all need time away from work to run errands, relax or spend quality time with family and friends. Take a day off, volunteer, or flex your workday to run a 5K — we know you're at your most productive when you're well-rested, focused and happy.



We offer generous leave policies – four weeks of paid vacation for all employees. Maternity leave is 13 weeks and we offer a fully paid paternity leave of 3 weeks. We don't work on weekends and public holidays, and make sure you enjoy a comp off if you ever do. 


All employees have access to excellent healthcare coverage. Our pantry culture emphasizes healthy snacks, including prepared afternoon snacks on a daily basis (like the one above!).

Standard practice in the hiring process is the 3 month ‘probation’ period where employee and employer trial the working relationship out. However, we strive to only hire people we truly believe in and as such, we have entirely eliminated the standard practice of probation periods from the company’s standpoint. New hires will have their month to decide if they would like to stay on, but from our perspective, our decision is already made when we extend a job offer to you. 



We'll set you up with the software and devices you need. We sponsor the purchase of any books our employees would like to read, and add new titles to the company library every month.

As such, we have a Jar that sits in the middle of an office holding HK$10,000 that’s open to anyone at any time - the only qualifier is that you use the money in ways that will benefit the company. This eliminates the cost of red-tape for budget decisions that can and should be made quickly by the person closest to the issue.

Open Positions

This is an incredible opportunity to unleash your full breadth of technical skills and creative flair in a role that will be fundamental to the design and success of future global brands. As a key pillar of the Digital team you will be responsible for creating the interface between our brands and millions of consumers from around the world. 


You will play an integral role in creating multiple brands and products across all categories from scratch. You will lead and manage the process from initial conception through to distribution and ensure our external partners are delivering at the right time. This will see your involvement in all aspects of the supply chain including design, sourcing, manufacturing, IP, legal, compliance, importing and logistics. This is a highly autonomous role and you will be part of a culture where everyone’s ideas and contributions are valued and encouraged.
